Reduce Hair Loss With Coconut Oil

Who doesn’t like that?!

Honestly? I’ve never heard of coconut oil and any of its use, but not until my dear friend told me about it. I had recently noticed that my hair has become thinner with lots of baby hair growing. So, I started my research and figured out that the shampoo I’ve been using was no good!

I bought a tub of coconut oil from Tesco and have been using it at least once a week. The oil is solidified and looks white, but once warmed up (microwave or in hot water) it will become…oil :-)
Believe it or not, my hair feels healthier now and I don’t lose as much hair as before.

Benefits:
  • reduce breakage & hair loss
  • reduce dandruff
  • hair growth (so I’ve heard)
My steps to beautiful hair:
  1. apply oil to scalp on damp hair
  2. massage  5-10 minutes
  3. leave in for at least 1 hour
  4. shampoo and condition as usual

Make sure you shampoo it out. I don’t think you’d want to have clean but greasy looking hair ;-)
